@Please check the following and fill out and submit the Certificate Request Form.

@An issuance fee will be charged under the certain conditions. Please refer to the following table for the fee.

*If the certification period is old, only the contents that we can verify will be certified.
  Please apply only if you agree to this.

¡Application method
Please fill out gApplication for certificateh form and attach the required documents, and send it to us by e-mail.
If the issuance fee is required, we will send you an e-mail after your application. After you receive the e-mail from us, please transfer the issuance fee.
We will prepare the certificate after confirming your payment.
It takes at least 2 weeks for delivery of the certificate (after confirmation of payment in case of a fee).
We will send you the PDF certificates by e-mail.

Please submit your application well in advance of the deadline, as we are not responsible for the delay. Receipts will not be issued.
